To the CWA Local 3176 Executive Board,

This letter is to certify that the vote for the local executive board for Local 3176 that took place on
September 25th, 2020 from 5 pm to September 28th, 2020 at 5 pm.

On September 14th, 2020 was when then nomination took place. All positions nominated except for the position of Vice President were nominated unopposed. However, on September 17th, 2020 one of the nominees for Vice President declined their nomination leaving all positions unopposed.

All membership was given notification to vote for the new executive board and at 5 pm on September
28th, 2020 the new Executive Board, all receiving the majority votes for their nominations, was
announced as:

President – Wesley Kirby (Receiving 18 votes)
Vice President – Shelly Castro (Receiving 18 votes)
Secretary – Jessica Kruse (Receiving 18 votes)
Treasurer – Kevin Goins (Receiving 19 votes)
AT&T Unit Rep – Philip Laird (Receiving 17 votes)
Century Link/Lumen Rep – Terry Redmond (Receiving 19 votes)

Per our local bylaws, the newly elected board members will immediately begin their new positions.

The outgoing Executive Board members are:

Secretary – Ken Gritt
Treasurer – Kevin Goins
AT&T Unit Rep – Shelly Castro
