ATTENTION AT&T UNION MEMBERS: CWA is currently in bargaining with AT&T regarding the webcams. Per the survey we sent out last week, over 90% of you surveyed voiced that you DO NOT want webcams in your homes. The fact that AT&T is already sending out webcams is a labor board violation, called bad faith bargaining. People are already beginning to receive the webcams in the mail. If/when you receive a webcam, do the following:

Do not hook it up until management instructs you to.

When management instructs you to, ask them if this is mandatory/is this an order?

When they say yes, you MUST connect the camera or you will be guilty of insubordination and open to discipline/termination.

Assist in mobilization activity by placing a "safe" background such as political, social, sports, or family entertainment items. Do not place offensive, explicit, or violent backgrounds.

WE THEN NEED YOU TO FILE A GRIEVANCE, citing bad faith bargaining.
