The company is required by federal law to bargaining over any offers they present to the union. Presenting a proposal with a "take or leave it" mentality is against the law and is considered "bad faith bargaining".

The national CWA Telecommunications and Technology Division, District 1, District 2-13, District 3, District 4, and over 20+ locals area working together to force the company to continue to negotiate a fair offer by affording protections to those employees who remain with the company and a lucrative offer for those who leave.

Currently, the company has failed to meet it's obligation under federal law to provide information that has been requested, such as contractor information, workload, and financial statements of the company.
