The company has once agained renege on their agreement of the tentative negotiation dates for the Winter Garden/Ocala Contract in April.

The companies excuses this time is that the coporate negotiator had no choice but to schedule an arbitration the same week as the agreed upon tentative negotiations dates for the Winter Garden/Ocala contr.

So, we will be meeting with the company in May to continue negotiations of the Winter Park contract and during that negotiation conference, the company has stated they will provide additional dates to setup negotiation for the Winter Garden/Ocala contract. 

If the dates provide by the company are not satisfactory to the Bargaining Team,

The local will file a Labor Board charge aginst the company under

Section 8(d) & 8(a)(5)
