The company has started to conduct monthly interviews using the Link 2 Success program.

This program is being used as a score card of how you are doing in your job. It is also being used as tool to build a history on you if the company decides to hand down any disciplinary action in the future.

The unions positions on this program is that it is a condition of employment and must be bargained. In the mean time, per the contract, the only document anyone is required to sign is a disciplinary action.

So, if the company is requiring or forces you to sign that document, we ask that you write "UNDER DURESS" next to your name and under your signature put "DEMAND FOR BARGAINING".

If at anytime you feel concern for your position, demand that the meeting be stopped and request a steward. If you have any questions, please speak to your steward or area vice president.
