The following articles have been vioilated by the company: 1.01,3.01,25.10

article 25.10 has been violated because they company feels that employees in the warehouse are under the finacial division of the company which is a non-customer facing part of the company and they state that uniforms will not be provided. The current CBA states that all employees covered by the CBA will be entitled to professional wear.

we have processed the grievance through 1st and 2nd step and are awaiting a meeting with the company.

At this time the company is still dragging there feet in setting up the 3rd step meeting.
