The company violated the above articles by not following the proper callout process when needing additional assistance to meet customer demands.
An employee was out working on a callout in a dead cell phone area when an additional callout was needed on another issue. the company instructed the callout group to call the standby tech from another area to work the task versus following proper protocol and going through that areas callout list.
The grievances is currently sitting at 3rd step waiting to have a meeting scheduled with the company to resolve.
